Our Barn is a fun and relaxing environment for both adults and young riders. The equestrian community experience ranges from boarding, riding lessons, trail rides, camps, local pony club, showing, and much more. The friendliness and camaraderie of our barn is both unique and refreshing. Our boarders, members and students are all friends and look out for each other. Our horses are “family” and come before everything else.

Lessons & Training
Lesson students will engage in the basic safety and horsemanship while on the ground and in the saddle. Ages 4 to adults, beginner through advanced.
Bright’s Creek Equestrian Center is as multifaceted as it is rewarding, striving to maintain the highest standards of horse care, lessons, and training programs. A beautiful post-and-beam barn is the visual centerpiece of the Equestrian Center, with acres of pasture and a large jumping arena.
Riding doesn’t always have to be about the instruction or the strict schedule of showing. Sometimes the slower pace of a walk on a trail ride through the woods can offer the equestrian serenity you might be looking for. A great date idea, birthday present for that horse lover, or to fill that check off on your bucket list. We encourage you to bring your camera so we can help capture the moment and the experience you had.
River Valley Pony Club
Bright’s Creek proudly supports the River Valley Pony Club. A local chapter of the United States Pony Club, River Valley Pony Club is located in the Carolina Foothills, centrally located in Polk County and based out of Bright’s Creek Equestrian Center, and Landrum and Campobello, SC, also known as Tryon Horse Country.
A camp program is to offer the instruction of horse skills and an equestrian life style to children ages 6 and up. Our camp gives your child the opportunity to learn about the responsibilities of horse care, being safe around horses, stable management, and life at a barn. Camp will provide a small intimate group instruction on the handling and riding of horses. Also providing a great way to meet other horse loving kids and gain an insight into other equestrian activities and programs. Contact us to sign up.
